The valet service was not good. I paid extra and the car was returned covered in dust. Our room was also quite small. I saw the squaremeters, but it felt even smaller because of the furniture. It was hard to relax in such a cramped space.

i found the staff attentive. they ensured i had everything. dinner with a friend was a lovely experience. the setting offered castle views. the bed was comfortable. i had an excellent night's sleep.
there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room upon arrival. they brought it up after i asked reception.

the staff called us by name throughout our stay i reminded me of i was staying in a private club instead of a hotel the location is in the newer section of town we reminded me of we were living there instead of just visiting.
i found that there is no parking possibility in front of the building i think it should be mentioned upon arrival it would have been very helpful.

i was greeted so warmly each morning. breakfast was such a delight, pamela was so cheerful. david at the door was always ready with a smile and helpful information! the whiskey tasting at the bar was a fantastic introduction, the bartender really knew their stuff.
